A Record Season

BHHS April 2017RECAPPING A RECORD SEASON - 2017 was one for the books. Consistent powder storms flurried down all season, leading to deep bases at the resorts and several days of over-the-head snow for skiers and boarders. All 14 Utah resorts made the most of the winter, and skier visits are up across the state. Park City in particular celebrated the precipitation with locals and visitors alike coming off the slopes with grins and high-fives. Both Park City Mountain and Deer Valley report the highest number of ticket sales...ever. As the town continues to strategize around responsible growth, we're glad folks from around the world came here to taste our found-nowhere-else lifestyle.

The winding down of the ski season brings celebrations of all sorts, including the annual pond skimming contest, Spring Gruv concert series, and resort Easter hunts. Between the Eccles Center, Egyptian Theatre, and Ballet West, it's also a great time to be a culture vulture. Here are some of the upcoming events not to be missed. BHHS SeasonSpring Gruv 4/2-4/9

Judy and I wanted to say Thank You to everyone who has reached out over the last week regarding our Legend Award from Berkshire Hathaway. Overall, Utah Properties was celebrated as the 12th highest performing brokerage while the Park City Office the 3rd highest sales office was in the network. “Our Berkshire Hathaway professionals are true industry leaders.” said Owner and CEO, Steve Roney. “This year’s convention and honors confirm the caliber and accomplishment of our entire Utah team. I look forward to continuing to excel as a brokerage in support of our diverse client base.” At the end of the day, our clients are the motivation and backbone behind our success. We believe in the power of homeownership and love the state we call home. Here's to another year of exceeding expectations. Ramon & Judy
