Upper Deer Valley, also known as Silver Lake, is the site of Park City’s first mines. Today, it is the home to some of the finest hotels, condominiums, and homes in all of Park City. Homes in this area are at an elevation of about 8,000 feet and accessed via Royal Street from the base of Lower Deer Valley or via Ontario Canyon Road (known as the mine road). Centralized at Silver Lake Lodge, there is a wonderful array of restaurants, boutiques, and shops to supply skiers with everything one would need to spend a day cruising down the slopes of Deer Valley. Most of the homes and condominiums in this area have close access to ski slopes, and some with true ski- in & ski-out locations. There are over 600 condominium units in the area including: Aspen Hollow, Bellearbor, Bellemont, Bellevue, Black Bear Lodge, Cache At Silver Lake, Cheateau at Silver Lake, The Deer Valley Club, Double Eagle, Enclave, Little Belle Condominium, Goldener Hirsch, Little Belle, Lookout at Deer Valley, Mont Cervin, Ontario Lodge, Ridge (at Silver Lake), Ridgepoint, Royal Plaza, Silver Bird, Stag Lodge, Stein Eriksen Lodge, Sterling Lodge, Sterlingwood, The Inn at Silver Lake, Trailside, Twin Pines At Silver Lake, and The Woods at Deer Valley. For those who prefer a little more space to spread their wings there are quite a few single-family subdivisions outside the main lodge area.  The single-family subdivisions include: Alpen Rose, Alta Vista, American Flag, Bald Eagle Club, Bellearbor, Bellemont, Belleterre, Bellevue, Evergreen, Knoll Estates/Deer Valley Club Estates, Knollheim, Silver Lake Village, The Cottages and Willow Brook.
