Trailside Park Area
The Trailside community tends to be mostly full-time residents with an attachment to the community lying on either side of the ridge. To the west lies Mountain Ranch Estates, which is mostly made up of upscale, contemporary, and luxury homes. To the east are the Sun Meadows and Silver Summit subdivisions.
