What Our Customers Say About Us
Ramon is such a wonderful person. With each trip that we took to Park City, he really spent a lot of time with us to find us exactly what we were looking for. He was always available to us to answer questions. He is an extremely patient man with a very good heart. Ramon cares about his clients very much and that is apparent in the way he does business. We are very happy with our new home and we thank Ramon for being our long distant realtor.

Woodland and Francis
Located along the southern boundary of Summit County on the edge of Jordanelle reservoir, these communities offer some of the best value in the Park City area. Beautiful mountain views abound in all directions from the farms and homes on the valley floor. With a short 15 minute drive from Park City, it has the feel of a community distant from the lively character of the city. While mostly undeveloped, there is beginning to be an influx of development that will continually transform these communities over the next 20 years. Wild Willow is the largest of the current residential subdivisions and offers mountain contemporary and ranch rambler style homes on good size lots and nearby horse trails. Nearby these towns, is Victory Ranch, a private, gated community that offers a new Rees Jones designed 18 hole golf course, nestled among larger building lots that offer access to hiking, biking, and access to private fly fishing access along the banks of the Provo river.
