The towns of Coalville, Wanship, and Hoytsville are located east of Park City and Coalville is in fact the county seat for Summit County. Like many of the other towns on the outskirts of Park City, Utah, they are a bit further of a drive, but offer a little more seclusion and privacy than one could get in the city limits. Growth in the Park City area makes these towns closer all the time. Home and property values here continue to rise in these areas, as Park City begins to spread and in town, build-able properties become increasingly scarce. These towns are still primarily agricultural lands, ranches, and well-established single-family neighborhoods.
