Oakley, Peoa, and Weber Canyon
Oakley and Peoa are found in Weber Canyon between the towns of Coalville and Kamas. These rural small towns consisting of mostly farming and ranching communities. Homes in the area are smaller in comparison to some of the Park City homes, but offer unprecedented access to the Weber River and a peaceful quiet setting. While there are some properties that offer the elegance, similar to the Park City style, most are modest, quiet, and relatively inexpensive. While most properties are year round residences, many others such as Weber Wild, Aspen Acres, and others have only seasonal summer access, unless traveled to via snowmobile or snowcat in the winter months.
