Trailside Park Area
The Trailside area is broken into two halves, separated by a ridge. To the west lies Mountain Ranch Estates, which is mostly made up of upscale, contemporary, luxury homes. To the east are the Sun Meadows and Silver Summit subdivisions. These homes are, for the most part, smaller single-family homes which are centered around the Trailside elementary school and recreation area. Sun Meadows and Silver Summit located off of highway 40 and conveniently located to the Silver Summit business park which is growing area. The location of this area provides easy access to Salt Lake City, the Heber Valley, Park City, and the Kamas Valley.
