The Canyons
The Canyons is comprised of a wide variety of home and condominium ownership opportunity. The area is the area that surrounds The Canyons Resort. The entrance is mostly developed with many older condominiums and townhomes that lie on either side of the road as you approach the resort as well as being home to the Waldorf Astoria and Miners Club hotel/condominiums. In this are you will find newer construction condominium projects the Silverado Lodge, Grand Summit Hotel, Sundial Lodge, Escala Lodges, Sunrise at Escala, Vintage on the Strand, and Timberwolf Lodges. Single family home opportunities in this area include the subdivisions of: Chateaux Du Val, Park West Village, White Pine Canyon, and White Pine Ranches. To the south side of The Canyons Resort main entrance is the Colony, a private, gated community, which boasts some of the most exclusive addresses in the Park City area. The Colony is built into the edge of the Canyons resort and offers larger acreage lots many of which have ski in-ski out access and privacy and views that take your breath away. As well as the properties mentioned, the Westgate Resort offers fractional ownership opportunities as does the Grand Summit Hotel and the Miners Club.
