Pinebrook
The Pinebrook neighborhood is located in the northwestern corner of Summit County close to the Salt Lake Valley. Next to Summit Park, this is the closest one can get to the Salt Lake Valley in the Park City area, which makes it an ideal location for the Salt Lake commuter. Lower Pinebrook, closest to highway 80, features many condominium developments such as Brook Hollow Village, Cedar Ridge, The Courtyards at Quarry Village, Elk Run, Pine Creek, Pinebrook Cottages, Pinebrook Pointe, and The Ranch Condominiums. As well as some single-family home subdivisions like Ecker Village, Highmeadows at Pinebrook and Horsethief Canyon. The middle section of Pinebrook consists of Boothill, Eagle Ridge and Ecker Hill subdivisions, and feature a wide range of homes, some of which were constructed in the 1980s, ranging up to some present day construction. Upper Pinebrook consists of very upscale, new single-family homes and lots. The Quarry Mountain area features restaurants, some small boutiques, and a full service grocery store, which make it easy to not have to travel far from home for your essentials.
