Olympic Park
The Olympic Park area consists of the area around the base of the Olympic Sports Park, where many of the 2002 Winter Olympic events took place, as well as the neighborhoods around what used to be its entrance in the Sun Peak subdivision. Bear Hollow Village and The Cove at Sun Peak are made up of condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes. The south side of the Olympic Park real estate area consists of single-family homes and some available building which all share the amenities of a clubhouse featuring a pool, tennis courts, and many other wonderful offerings. Subdivisions here include: Mahogany Hills, Cedar Draw, The Enclave, Willow Draw Cottages, and Sun Peak. While there are many condos and townhomes, there is a wide range of single-family homes from smaller 2-3 bedroom bungalows to large expansive estates, which offer some fabulous views of the Park City area. This area is similar in its proximity to Salt Lake City, just like Kimball Junction, while having the convenience of Park City in its? backyard.
