Jeremy Ranch is a family home community situated around the Jeremy Ranch golf complete with many pine trees, great views and resident moose. This area is located at the northwestern edge of Park City across from the Pinebrook community. This bedroom community mostly consists of larger single-family homes, although there are shares of townhomes and condominiums. Single family subdivisions include: Back Nine, Creek View Estates, Hidden Cove, Jeremy Cove, Jeremy Point, Moose Hollow, South Ridge, Sunrise Hills, and The Trails @ Jeremy Ranch. The condo or townhome subdivisions are: Canyon Links, Circle J Club, Jeremy Ranch Club, Jeremy Woods, and The Overlook @ Jeremy Ranch. The close proximity to schools and easy commute down Parley’s canyon to Salt Lake City make this a much desired for those families who might work in Salt Lake City but prefer the serenity and beauty of the Park City area. Dramatic price differentials exist in this area due to varying view corridors. The homes that see and hear I-80 are more affordable while the "Back Nine" commands a premium price.
