Deer Valley - Empire Pass
Empire Pass is one of the newest developments in the Park City area, located at the top of the Deer Valley Resort ski area. The majority of the condominiums and single-family homes in this area are second homes and are part of the Talisker Club. Single family home opportunities in the area are also known as Flagstaff, Bannerwood, Christopher Homes at Empire Pass, Nakoma, Northside Village, Red Cloud, and Paintbrush. Condominium developments include slopeside and ski-in/ski-out properties that live like single-family homes including Flagstaff, Arrowleaf, The Grand Lodge, Ironwood, Larkspur, Shooting Star & Silver Star. All these condominiums have excellent 1st class amenities and high end finishes that exemplify the luxury of the Deer Valley lifestyle. Many of these condominiums and homes include membership to the Talisker Club, which grants members only access to golf, dining, horseback riding, and many other amenities. While the Empire Pass area is a quite expansive 3,500 acres, it has been designated that only 10% of it will be developed and the other 90% will be designated as open space. Even though there are limited numbers of units ultimately available, the opening of The Montage development, in late 2010, will add a large number of units to the area. Located at the bottom of Empire Canyon lodge, the Empire Pass area offers unparalleled access to Deer Valley via the Empire and Lady Morgan chairlifts.
