Old Town Park City

This is the original Park City, settled by the miners who founded the town. Old Town is made up of small and narrow lots, many of which are on steep hillsides with very few undeveloped building lots available. Old Town is north of Kearns Boulevard and extends all the way to the Main Street area between Lower & Upper Deer Valley and the Park City Mountain Resort’s boundaries. Main Street has recently been renovated and the Park City mall has a fresh new look with many high-end shops. Many homes in this area are historic and thus protected by certain historical preservation laws, so in some instances, renovation or demolition may be expensive and difficult. There are few places in the world like Old Town Park City, which offer access to shopping, dining, nightlife and skiing. The Town Lift, located at the base of Main Street, will even whisk you away from the hustle and bustle and straight up to the pristine slopes of the Park City Mountain Resort. Old Town has many opportunities for ownership including the developments of Town Pointe, Park Station, Hotel Park City, Silver King Hotel, Shadow Ridge, Treasure Mountain Inn, Snowcrest, The Lodges at Mountain Village, Powder Pointe, The Sky Lodge, Payday Condominiums, Claimjumper Condominiums, Victorian Village, The Edelweiss House, Empire House, Mine Camp, The Innsbruck, Struggler, The Lowell at Park City, as well as many others.
