I have worked with luxury home developers since 1989.  Earlier in my career of hospitality management, I learned the value of communications, removing hassles and creating a stress free environment for my clients, all in a friendly atmosphere.  As part of my continued communications, I provide all my clients with a written update every 21 days.

My family moved to Park City in early 2001and we have chosen not to live anywhere else.  I can certainly understand why you want to make Park City your home also.

Stephen C. Roney

Mr. Roney is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prudential Utah Real Estate, one of the state’s leading real estate firms.

He has more than 30 years of operating experience in the corporate relocation and residential real estate businesses. He is the former President and Chief Executive officer of The First American Corporation's Residential Group and its subsidiary, MarketLinx. At First American he was responsible for building North America's largest residential real estate platform which provides transaction management, multiple listing, and CRM software and services to over 500,000 agents and brokers.

Previously, Mr. Roney was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Relocation Services. Under his leadership, the company became the leading global provider of relocation services for corporations and government agencies, managing employee moves in over 100 countries.

He was responsible for greatly expanding the breadth of outsourced services provided beyond real estate to include many HR, finance and logistics functions. Mr. Roney began his career at Transamerica Corporation, where he held various operating and leadership roles with its corporate relocation services subsidiary.

Mr. Roney received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley

Judy Gomez - Partner, Realtor & Marketing Design

Yes, she is married to your Park City Realtor “Ramon” we have be together for over 30 years now and every year just gets better…and no it’s not because the kids have all moved out.   Judy has joined me  as a sales agent. She brings administrative support and ensures all of the intensive marketing deadlines are met.  While in the meantime she works  on designing creative and unusual marketing pieces (such as our business card mini brochure).
