Promontory Club
Promontory is a very large development, mostly of second home owners. Along with their residential lots, they currently have 2 golf courses with a third in the planning stages of which they will start building once they sell another 200 golf memberships. This gated community has many miles of trails and offers its residents so many activities I couldn’t mention them all here (see their website above). Promontory does a very good job with it’s younger members with a building just designed for children under 14 years of age.
Promontory a private gated community is divided into many different subdivisions, I would say over 50% of these lots have beautiful views of the Park City ski mountains, while many lots facing the east offer beautiful vistas of the Unita Mountains and of course many golf course lots.
