June 20, 2015 is an important day at Promontory…for more than one reason. Reason #1… is the Grand Opening of The Nicklaus Course Clubhouse and Reason #2…the release of the sought after lots in The Summit from 9am thru Noon. These are two big events for Promontory this summer. The clubhouse has very dramatic architecture and cutting edge landscaping. This modern looking building is really cool while blending in with the landscape. The designer is acclaimed architect John Salher, of Swaback Partners. And interesting enough, years ago I had the pleasure of personally working with Swaback Partners, and I can tell you they are fabulous at what they do. They simply understand how to make a building look “grand and elegant” while feeling warm and comfortable, a place where you will enjoy relaxing with your family and friends. I am looking forward to seeing the finish product.
